  • Oral presentations will be offered for select top-scoring abstract submissions and select trainees will have their abstract presentations featured in several symposia.
  • Outstanding early-career investigators are eligible to receive abstract-based awards for exemplary submissions.

Oral Presentation

The highest-ranked abstracts are selected for Oral Presentations. These sessions will take place in-person in Atlanta June 11-14. Presenting authors must attend in-person in Atlanta if selected for an Oral Presentation. Presenting authors will have dedicated time to give a 10-minute presentation using slides to summarize their abstract followed by a brief 3-5 minute question and answer session. Note: Abstracts not accepted for an Oral Presentation will automatically be considered for Rapid Fire e-Poster Presentation, Poster Plus, or e-Poster On Demand.

Rapid Fire e-Poster Presentation

Rapid Fire e-Poster Presentations will also take place in-person in Atlanta June 11-14. Presenting authors must attend in Atlanta if selected for a Rapid Fire e-Poster Presentation. Presenting authors will give an up to 5-minute presentation highlighting the key points, so interested attendees want to ask questions about your work in the subsequent communications. Select this option if you do not wish to be considered for an oral presentation and want to provide a quick synopsis of your work. Presenting authors will upload an e-Poster and/or 3-5 slides, which may be accompanied with brief 3-5 minute video and audio presentations. e-Posters will be viewable for the duration of ENDO 2022 and presenting authors will receive comments and questions on their poster(s) from meeting participants. The Rapid Fire e-Poster Presentations will be delivered on 42” plasma screens with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Poster Plus Presentation (Printed Poster + ePoster On Demand)

Poster Plus Presentations will take place in-person in Atlanta on Saturday through Tuesday. Presenting authors must attend in-person in Atlanta if selected for a Poster Plus Presentation. The Poster Plus Presentation combines the in-person and virtual experiences. Presenting authors will be able to display a printed poster and have their digital poster accessible on the virtual platform.

Poster Plus presenters will be assigned one day to display their printed poster at the conference. In addition, poster presenters will be able to stand next to their printed poster during a Meet-and-Greet session.

Presenting authors will also upload an e-poster and/or 3-5 slides, which may be accompanied with brief 3-5 minute video and audio presentations. e-Posters will be viewable for the duration of ENDO 2022 and presenting authors will receive comments and questions on their poster(s) from meeting participants. The e-Poster Presentations can be viewed on site on 42” plasma screens with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Select this option if you do not wish to be considered for an oral or rapid fire presentation and want to take advantage of presenting your work in-person and via the virtual platform.

e-Poster On Demand

e-Poster presenting authors will have the opportunity to upload their e-poster and brief 3-5 minute video and audio presentations that can be played on demand. Attendees and participants will be able to access the e-Posters presenters on plasma screens during the meeting and on our virtual platform. This option is ideal for presenters not planning to attend ENDO 2022 in person. Registration is required and we have virtual registration packages available.
